Shee’k absolutely and positively welcomes all adults to our classes. We want everyone to feel comfortable and it doesn’t matter if you have never danced or it’s been a while.

Our Adult Classes are fun, energetic, good for the mind and soul and a great way to keep fit. Casual rates apply (refer to Payment Method) and therefore you do not need to enrol. However, we encourage commitment to keep the classes running successfully.
